This car has no recorded history being purchased by the museum from a local private seller. The car had covered 54,000 miles and had been stored in a garage since 1985. Although ostensibly in good condition it required considerable restoration including major underside welding and new brakes.

Purchased by the museum locally as a box of bits it was restored over a period of 18 months using both the purchased bits and parts held by the museum because they just might come in handy one day! The restoration process has brought the car back to its original specification. The braking system is operated by rods with the handbrake operating on all 4 wheels. The lighting is 6V powered from the battery charged by a dyamo. The vehicle has won many awards for the museum.
