Steam Engine Lilian coupling at Newmills for the return to Launceston.  Lilian is a 0-4-0ST 'Quarry Hunslet' and worked for most of her life at Port Penrhyn.  Built by the Hunslet Engineering Company of Leeds in 1883 as No. 317, she was rescued by Nigel Bowman in 1965, and was then restored by him.  She was moved to the line when it opened in 1983, and has had air brake equipment, a new boiler, and an alteration of gauge since arriving.
